Martinez v. La Bahn Ranch, Whittier Uptown Association, at $6.3 million, ranked #4 in the Premises Liability category.
In addition to the Top Verdicts in California for 2018, PSB attorneys also secured six (6) of the 66 overall Top Settlements in California for 2018, including Lo v. Southern California Gas Company (Ranking #1 at $46 million), Pierce v. Murrieta Unified School District (Ranking #3 at $11 million), Massey v. Arcadia Unified School District (Ranking #13 at $3.75 million), Rodriguez v. Cutting Edge Aggregates Inc. (Ranking #24 at $2.5 million) and Kalnins v.
