The $52,702,374 jury verdict in Lennig v. CRST, Inc. — obtained in February 2018 by PSBR attorney Brian Panish and R. Rex Parris of the Parris Law Firm, along with their trial team — ranks as the 37th largest verdict in the country and was awarded for two brothers who were severely injured following a near head-on collision with a CRST big rig.
