Brian Panish & Benjamin Crump ‘Get in the Game’ Identifying & Combating Racial Bias in Trial

In a recent interview with Get in the Game host Brian Panish, Attorney Benjamin Crump shares how he identifies and combats racism not only in pre-trial, but also in trial matters with jurors that have preconceived notions or bias against a man or woman of color.  Attorney Crump is known for fighting for the everyday people who are often marginalized and disenfranchised in America and has saought justice for the victims in some of the highest profile cases in America including Trayvon Martin who was fatally shot in 2012 by in Sanford, Florida as well as Michael Brown who was shot and killed by a Ferguson, Missouri police officer in 2014.

Currently, Attorney Crump is representing the family of Stephon Clark, a 22-year-old unarmed man shot eight times and killed by Sacramento police in March 2018.
