City of Los Angeles ($6.5 million) ranking seventh. Flores v. UC Regents ($8 million) ranked third in top mediated settlements followed by Nation v. 444 Chestnut Associates ($6 million) and Everest v. UC Regents ($6 million) which tied for fourth. Additional overall top settlement rankings include Li v. City of Pasadena, Harutyunyan v. Los Angeles Unified School District, Griffin v. Emerita, and Uppal v. Advanced Environmental Compliance.
