Plaintiff  Rodrigo Parra was driving northbound on Highway SR-99 in Madera County, California when he was rear-ended by a big rig tractor truck driven by a trucking company employee. The vehicle burst into flames and Mr. Parra suffered severe burns to over half of his body.  His most severe burn injuries were to his left leg which required a below-the-knee amputation.

Mr. Parra was also represented in the case by Dennis Grossman of the Grossman Law Offices.
