$8 Million Settlement For Man Injured In Motorcycle Crash

Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP attorneys Brian Panish, Deborah Chang and Tom Schultz and attorneys Wayne McClean and Christopher Roberts from the Law Office of Wayne McClean obtained an $8,000,000 settlement for a man who was seriously injured when his motorcycle was hit by a car driven by an employee commuting home from her job at Marsh USA, Inc.

The man’s left foot and ankle were crushed in the motorcycle crash and may require future amputation.  He was 32-years old at the time of the collision and worked as a Mercedes-Benz technician.  Marsh USA, Inc. was liable for the collision under the “required vehicle exception” to the “coming and going” rule.

The case settled shortly after PSBR associated into the litigation.
