Recent research carried out by a website called CarInsuranceComparison.com and featured in a new report out of Los Altos, California shows what areas of the country may be the most hazardous for drivers. Here in California, things weren’t completely dire, with the state being ranked 19th in terms of those states whose drivers are the worst. That might surprise some people who have spent time on busy California roads. The research took into account such things as tickets, reports of careless driving, and various accidents involving things like drunk driving. Louisiana had the dubious distinction of topping the list for the second time in as many years.
