Domino’s and NFPA Partner For Fire Safety Campaign

Posted on March 6, 2013

If you order a Domino’s Pizza at some point in March, be prepared for a shock when the food gets brought to your door.  In certain markets, consumers could open their door to find a fire engine parked out front in place of the standard delivery vehicle.  That’s because the pizza chain has partnered with the National Fire Protection Association to enact a campaign which aims to raise awareness about fire safety.  They’re doing so by putting a series of fire safety tips on pizza boxes and randomly showing up with a fire engine at consumers’ residences.  If an inspection reveals that smoke alarms are all working properly, the pizza won’t cost the customer a dime.
