TS30 Motorcoaches Recalled by Temsa Global Over Crash Risk

Posted on January 7, 2013

TS30 motorcoaches of the 2012 and 2013 model years are being recalled by Temsa Global because there’s a chance that a certain issue could lead to a crash.  38 vehicles are potentially affected by this issue, which only presents itself at such times that the operator has placed the coach in the body lift position.  This stretches the brake hoses in the vicinity of the front tires, and over time it could lead air to leak out of this component.  The driver’s ability to brake could potentially be compromised, and thus a crash hazards presents itself.  Owners should hear from Temsa, at which point they can obtain free new brake hose installation from dealers.  No word yet on when this will take place.
