South Dakota Communities Asked to Pass Local Texting Bans

Posted on October 16, 2012

An op-ed piece in the Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan advocates for local South Dakota laws against texting while driving. Since action at the state level appears to be slow and unreliable, local government is being asked to take it upon themselves to pass such bans following the well-publicized example of Sioux Falls.
