Kraft String Cheese-Jalapeno Variety Recalled Over Choking Threat

Posted on October 16, 2012

Kraft String Cheese-Jalapeno Variety has been recalled by the Kraft Foods Group. The product being recalled will contain a “Best When Used By” date of November 23 of this year. The recall was necessitated because a thin layer of the plastic wrap may stick to the product when the packaging is removed, posing a choking hazard.  One complaint has been filed already, and refunds or replacement items will be given to those who bring the item back.
