82 Ambulances Recalled by SJC For Potential Injury Threat

Posted on September 6, 2012

82 Marque and McCoy-Miller ambulances of the 2012 model year are being recalled by SJC Industries. The ambulances have mounting bolts on the ambulance boxes that were not torqued correctly, causing the bolts to possibly detach. The result could be an ambulance box being dislodged from the vehicle’s chassis and causing a serious injury should a crash take place. The company will be in touch with owners, who can bring the vehicles in to a dealer to have the issue repaired for free.
