Fire Threat Prompts Forest River to Recall 1,585 Motor Homes

Posted on September 27, 2012

A variety of Sunseeker, Lexington, and Forester motor homes are being recalled by Forest River due to a potential defect with the propane line that provides fuel to onboard appliances.  On 1,585 vehicles, this component might sustain damage and thus poses a fire hazard.  Forest River has stated its intention to get in touch with affected owners, and those owners will be able to receive free repairs from dealers starting in October.
