Texting and Driving The Focus of West Virginia Message Board Campaign

West Virginia has incorporated message boards onto their interstates and turnpikes as an added reminder to drivers not to text and drive. Drivers who are caught texting will be subject to a $100 fine. The Governor of the state proposed the legislation that targets texting and driving and is also encouraging parents to discuss the seriousness of the issue with their kids.
