Texting and driving is a serious problem, but Century High School students learned all about the danger this week in a fun atmosphere. The North Dakota school’s students took part in a Students Against Destructive Decisions program that aimed to raise awareness of the dangers of texting while driving. The program is yet one more facet of the nationwide “It Can Wait” campaign put on by AT & T. Students rode pedal carts through a series of cones while texting, learning just how impaired they become when they take their eyes off the road.
