Two families from Tomball, Texas are campaigning to bring an end to distracted driving caused by cell phones. They recently spoke at a City Council meeting about the tragedies that affected their families. September 19 has been declared “Texting and Driving- It Can Wait Day,” and the Council announced their intention to support this awareness effort. It’s illegal to text behind the wheel within city limits.
