556 Florida Students and Faculty Pledge to Refrain From Texting

Charlotte High School students in Florida were encouraged last week to sign a pledge stating they will not text and drive. Those who signed the pledge received a bracelet that simply stated “Don’t Text and Drive.” The effort was designed to remind students and adults alike not to partake in this behavior. 556 people, including members of the faculty, signed the pledge.
