Broken Arrow Fire Station to Host Monthly Car Seat Safety Check

Posted on September 11, 2012

The Broken Arrow fire station in Oklahoma wants to help the community by partaking in a new event designed to help children remain safe. They will begin holding a car safety seat checkpoint every first Thursday of the month to ensure that the seats are working properly and would keep kids safe in the event of an accident. The main killer of children under the age of 14 is car accidents, and Safe Kids Tulsa, the event’s organizers, hope parents thus understand the importance of car seat safety.
