Fruit Items Recalled by Pacific Coast Fruit Company for Illness Risk

Posted on September 6, 2012

The Portland, Oregon-based Pacific Coast Fruit Company has announced the recall of different types of their fresh cut fruit items. The products are being recalled because the mangos contained within were potentially contaminated with Salmonella Braenderup, which can endanger children, pregnant women and the elderly.  The products should be destroyed or brought back to where they were bought.
