Bicycle brakes are being recalled by the La Canada, California-based eecycleworks LLC. The recall is due to a potential crack in the bridge of the brake that can lead to a fall. So far, two reports of an incident have been filed, although neither of those resulted in injuries more serious than scrapes and bruises. The models being recalled were sold between September 2oo8 and March 2011. The company is asking those who own one of these bikes to call and get free replacement parts.
