La Habra Police Set up Motorcycle Safety Enforcement Operation

Posted on August 20, 2012

13 people either died or were seriously injured because they were involved in a motorcycle crash in the city of La Habra in 2010.  In an effort to cut down on that number, police with the city will begin conducting a week and a half-long Motorcycle Safety Enforcement Operation.  Set to begin today, the initiative will find police engaged in increased patrols in motorcycle-saturated areas in order to crack down on reckless and impaired driving.
