CAN-BIKE Safety Program Having Trouble Finding Participants

The Canadian Cycling Association program known as CAN-BIKE is dedicated to educating bicyclists about bike safety and proper riding techniques, but the city of Toronto is having trouble getting people to participate.  The city’s manager of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure says that there’s been a dearth of people signing up for the courses.  He estimates that only 300 to 400 people have signed up per year since its inception.
