A week from Saturday, the city of Parma, Ohio will be the site of a Bicycle Safety Day hosted by Cuyahoga Community College. The event, which will take place on the college’s Western Campus, will see instructors teaching children proper bike safety techniques. Helmets will be given away and kids can learn how to tell that their helmet fits correctly. Tips on proper maneuvering, braking, and steering will also be given to participants.
