Ontario Editorial Thinks Distracted Driving Tip Line Goes Too Far

A radio announcer in Ontario, Canada is worried that the Cornwall Police will be calling people at home and harassing them because of anonymous tipsters reporting them as distracted drivers. The announcer advises that such actions are police harassment as opposed to proactive police work. He recommends that police patrol the roadway to find distracted drivers.
