Cilantro from Fresco Green Farms Recalled for Salmonella Risk

1,643 cilantro cases are being recalled by the Winchester, California-based Fresco Green Farms because of a possible Salmonella contamination.  The cilantro, which was harvested between July 18 and 27, was available in Minnesota and California up until August 6.  Consumers are being advised to get in touch with their retailer to determine if indeed they purchased a recalled version of the cilantro.  They can also speak with Fresco Green Farms if they have further concerns.
