Listeria Threat Prompts Recall of Numerous Busch’s Products

Posted on August 3, 2012

Numerous deli products are being recalled from the state of Michigan by Busch’s Fresh Food Market.  The recall owes its genesis to a previous Gills Onions recall, as the Busch’s products now being recalled could contain those onions as an ingredient.  The recall is the result of a potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.  Affected items include such things as Chicken Quesadillas, Baked Mostaccioli, and Sweet Potato Cakes.  Items can either be returned for cash reimbursement or discarded outright.
