Texas BBQ Beef Recalled by Spillson’s For Potential Allergen Risk

Posted on July 26, 2012

Spillson’s LTD has announced a recall of four ounce Texas BBQ Beef sandwiches due to their potential to have soy and wheat flour, which were not declared on the ingredient list of the product. There is a risk that people allergic to soy and wheat could unknowingly consume the product and become ill. Products sold in Monroe, Michigan with a best by date from July 20 through August 3 of this year can be returned to Spillson’s for a full refund. No illness reports have been made at this time.
