The Cornwall Council has developed a dramatic theater presentation to show to eighth year students at Cornwall schools. The presentation is centered around car safety and a passenger’s responsibility not to distract the driver. A local road safety officer hopes that the show, known as “Talking Point,” will reduce the number of accidents caused by people behind the wheel who get distracted by a passenger.
