Glaval has announced a recall of 381 buses (Titan, Titan II, Entourage, Universal, Apollo, Concorde II, Sport, Primetime) that carry either the Braun Century-2 or Vista-2 wheelchair lifts. The recall comes as a result of a hazard wherein a wheelchair occupant may inadvertently roll over the roll stop and sustain a fall or injury while being lifted into or out of the bus. Glaval is reaching out to owners so that they may schedule and perform repairs on the affected units.
