There has been a recall issued by Forest River on several Berkshire and Charleston model motorhomes. The issue has to do with an IOTA ITS-50R transfer switch that can fail with high temperatures and associated high electrical loads. This poses a fire hazard. All owners are being contacted. They will receive new transfer switches at no cost starting in August. 850 units are estimated to be affected.
