Distracted driving is considered a national epidemic, with a push in Washington to have a nationwide ban on texting while driving. In a new report, Axon cameras worn by cops in Burnsville, Minnesota allow others to see evident distracted driving through their perspective, where they observe swerving, inconsistent speeds, prolonged stopping, and careless operation of automobile features such as turn signals and lights. Drivers exhibiting such behavior were given traffic tickets with fines costing around $100.
