Listeria Risk Leads Wegmans to Recall Onion Products from Pennsylvania

Recently, Gills Onions announced the recall of a variety of products, and the repercussions of that initial recall are now being felt.  Wegmans Food Markets has announced the recall of a variety of products that contain the chopped white onions recalled by Gills due to a Listeria threat.  Products now being recalled include Wegmans Veggie Pizza, Crab/Pepper Jack Dip, and Southwest Chilled Stew with Red and White Beans.  The recall affects three stores in Pennsylvania.
