Fresno Police and Allstate Unveil Motorcycle Safety Sign

Posted on July 26, 2012

The city of Fresno is making an effort to protect motorcyclists along local roads.  To that end, the police department of the city, in conjunction with Allstate, has unveiled a road sign warning drivers to tread lightly when around motorcycles.  It took about two years to come up with the diamond-shaped yellow sign.  High temperatures and gas prices have led to an influx of motorcycles on the highway, but these vehicles don’t always get the attention they deserve at intersections.
