Turtle Top has issued a recall on 361 Terra Transport, Van Terra, and Odyssey commercial buses produced between April 2011 and March 25 of this year. The recall is the result of problems with Prolo roof hatches made by Specialty Manufacturing. The opening force of these hatches may exceed federal requirements, potentially hindering passengers’ exit in the event of an emergency. Specialty Manufacturing will provide repair instructions and service kits to dealers and owners.
