A La Costa Canyon High School student in Carlsbad has made an effort to warn his fellow students about the risks of distracted driving. This teen created a short video related to the subject as part of an Eagle Scout project. The video mixes scenes from a British Public Service Announcement with various other information and resources that address the problem locally.
