Drivers under the age of 18 may receive complimentary Cellcontrol devices from PURE. The device allows GPS navigation and permits emergency calls while blocking out most other mobile device distractions. Parents can maintain control of these devices so that they can promote safety for their children. The device can even trigger alerts on speed.
