According to news sources, Bloch Best Inc, is issuing a recall for its Laromme branded Vanilla Rugelach after it was discovered that the product contained an undeclared egg allergen. People with severe sensitivity to egg can experience serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product.

The 14 oz. product was recalled after it was found to contain an undeclared egg allergen, reportedly due to a change in the design of the label used by the supplier. The recalled product comes in a clear plastic contained and has a UPC code 87062500954-8.
