According to news sources, a recall of Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice Garden Vegetable involving two date codes of the product was announced after it was discovered that the packaged products included an undeclared milk allergen.

The voluntary recall by Mars Food US was announced after it was found that one of the ingredient suppliers for the company included an undeclared milk ingredient in the recalled packages. The recalled products have a UPC code 54800 and 40778 and a Best By date of 08/12.
