Posted on November 28, 2011

Different news sources have reported that the FDA website has issued a warning to all consumers regarding the Lloyd Grossman Korma Sauce that comes in jars containing 350 ml of the product.

The Best By date of the allegedly recalled item is February 2013 and the batch code is 1218R. The main distributer of the product linked to a botulism scare in Scotland is recalling this item all over England but some of it may have made its way into the United States market.

According to the FDA, some of the recalled Lloyd Grossman Korma Sauce may have been purchased through the internet. Premier Foods in England along with the FDA asks all consumers to dispose of this item by placing it inside of a sealed container in a trash receptacle that will not leave the product exposed to any other humans or even animals.

As a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer I hope that this botulism possible threat will be contained and that all contaminated products that may have found its way into the United States will be taken away from any consumers’ reach.

Any product liability lawyer in California can assist you with cases related to serious health risks caused by contaminated products manufactured by neglecting companies.
