Posted on November 9, 2011

According to different news sources, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced that Bad Boy Buggies off-road utility vehicles must be recalled. The statement accompanied the explanation for the recall, which claimed that the steering assembly arm belonging to the vehicle might break leading to the driver losing stability and control.

Reports show that about 3,200 vehicles must be recalled. After 15 reports from consumers complaining about the steering assembly coming undone, the company felt like the recall was necessary. The products listed as malfunctioning include the models XTO, XT Safari, Classic, Bad Boy LT. The manufacturer BB Buggies has announced that the electric off-road utility vehicles to be recalled were all sold in camouflage patterns, Bad Boy is printed on the side or front of the items.

Since the product was sold nationwide, this is a National recall. Consumers who happen to own one of the items listed in this post should contact the manufacturer as soon as possible and stop using the product immediately.
