PANISH AND LUCAS OBTAIN $9.3 MILLION VERDICT
On April 12th, Panish Shea & Boyle LLP attorneys Brian Panish and Spencer Lucas obtained a $9.3 million verdict for an injured worker. The case, Sergio Cedillo v. The Efim Sobol Trust, involved a work accident in which Mr. Cedillo fell off a ladder from 12’ high and fractured his spine in two places. Mr. Cedillo had a subsequent lumbar fusion surgery and was expected to have ongoing medical treatment in the future. Panish and Lucas became involved in the case just two days before the start of trial and were able to quickly obtain a substantial verdict on behalf of their client. Robert T. Simon and Brad M.
