Personal injury case for severe injuries sustained after plaintiff’s car was hit by a AAA propane truck being driven erratically by one of AAA’s employees.
Lee v. Riverside Truck & Equipment
Personal injury case against trucking company whose truck slammed into the back of plaintiff’s car that was stopped at a red light, resulting in catastrophic brain damage.
Wrongful death case involving a MTA bus passenger who suffered a broken neck because of driver negligence.
Monroy v. Southern California Edison
Due to SCE’s negligence relating to the improper location of electrical lines, Plaintiff was electrocuted, resulting in severe burns and other injuries.
The firm is representing multiple plaintiffs who have been diagnosed with the devastating neurological disease called Tardive Dyskinesia after taking Reglan, a drug generally used to treat heartburn. The drug manufacturer failed to properly warn of this risks.
Along with Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood, LLP, the firm represents two families who tragically lost loved ones in the gas pipeline explosion that tore through a San Bruno neighborhood killing eight people on September 9, 2010.
Wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the parents of 18 year old who died from hyperthermia during a “mock” boot camp put on by Marine Corps recruiters. Marine Corps personnel failed to summon or provide adequate medical assistance to Trujillo despite bystanders’ urging that they do so.
Power Balance Class Action Lawsuit
January 4, 2011 – Power Balance being sued for company’s fraudulent advertising of its bracelets, which claim to give users physiological benefits they cannot give, including improved balance, strength and flexibility.

December 8, 2010 – Panish Shea & Boyle LLP represents a UCLA student who was brutally attacked by another student while in class.

Brian Panish involved in massive Toyota Recall
Panish appointed to serve on Plaintiff’s Committee in Toyota Multi-District Litigation.

The firm is representing four teenagers and their families after the teenagers were seriously injured when a Sea Doo exploded.

Wrongful death case involving an 18-wheeler truck traveling which overturned onto the victim’s vehicle.
Cisler v. Capistrano Unified School District
Wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the parents of 3 year old who died due to asphyxiation when a bus driver failed to properly strap him in to his chair or monitor him while on a special needs school bus.
Cortez v. LAMTA
Bus accident case against the LAMTA. The bus ran a red light and violently collided with the plaintiff who traveling by motorcycle causing severe and permanent injuries.
Demar v. General Motors Company
Product defect case against General Motors. Plaintiff suffered cervical spine injuries
rendering him a quadriplegic when the compartment of Chevrolet was crushed following a rollover accident.

Wrongful death case involving a 15-year-old student who was struck and killed by a vehicle at an unmarked crosswalk.
Kephardt v County of San Bernardino
Wrongful death case involving excessive force by police officers who used multiple tasers on a man without justification resulting in his death.

Personal injury case for burns incurred by a 9-year-old girl who was severely burned when exposed to defective gel burner products while visiting a friend’s house.

Wrongful death case involving a police car that was driving at excessive speeds without sirens or lights through a residential neighborhood, crashed into a car and killing a 26-year old wife and mother.

Wrongful death case for the death of a 76-year-old who was hit and crushed by a trash truck driver.
Madura v. Lopez
Wrongful death case on behalf of a woman whose parents, brother and niece were killed when the car they were driving was hit by a tractor-trailer.
Plaintiffs v. The Bank Of New York Trust Company
Wrongful death and personal injury action on behalf of ten plaintiffs resulting from a fire caused by faulty wiring. The property owner failed to maintain an active fire suppression system or alarm system which would have prevented the three deaths and numerous injuries.
Ortega v. Original Mike’s Enterprises
Personal injury case against a restaurant that allowed individuals to remain on the premises despite causing a fight earlier in the evening. Those individuals later were involved in a shooting in the restaurant that left plaintiff a paraplegic.
Rosa v. Nissan
Auto product liability case where the vehicle that four people were traveling in experienced tread separation, rolled over, and failed to properly protect the four passengers, one of whom died after living months as a quadriplegic and three of whom sustained catastrophic injuries.
Sanchez-Graves v. California State University, Northridge
Personal injury case involving a California State University employee whose attempt at preparing a meal in Joshua Tree National Park ended in a fireball that engulfed a student who suffered serious second and third degree burns.

Stewart v. NBTY Transport, Inc.
Wrongful death action for the tragic death of a 47-year-old Los Angeles County Firefighter who was struck and killed by a semi-truck operated by NBTY Transport.
Thornton v. Flying Samaritans
Wrongful death action for the death of a doctor who was killed in a plane crash while traveling to Mexico to provide free health care to those in need.
