Saturday Session

Robert Glassman will moderate the 8:15 a.m. session Achieving Your Goals As A Plaintiff Lawyer: Understanding The Path which will include topics “Is Success Worth Your Soul?” by Gregory G. Rizio with Rizio Law Firm PC, “Assessing The Ability And Potential Of New Lawyers — Where Are The Next Generation Of Gifted Plaintiff Lawyers?” by Niall P. McCarthy of Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, and “So You Want To Be A Plaintiff’s Lawyer?” by Elizabeth Cabraser of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP.

Jake Douglass & Austin G. Ward of PSBR and Shannon H.P. Ward of The Aarons Law Firm will present “Saving Lives On The Weekends: Pro Bono Asylum For Unaccompanied Minors” during the Immigration Law: Trends And  Updates session at 10:45 a.m. Noemi Esparza of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora will also discuss “Representing An Undocumented Client: Issues To Consider” during the morning session. 

Sunday Session

Patrick Gunning will present “iPads: Trial At Your Fingertips” at the 10 a.m. Latest Technology At Trial session. Additional topics include “Latest Programs” by Gary L.
