CBS News Reports On Takata Airbag Death Case Filed By PSB

A June 23, 2015 broadcast of the CBS Evening News highlighted the most recent death tied to a defective Takata airbag.  Jewel Brangman, 26, was killed when the airbag in her rented Honda Civic exploded after a minor fender bender, causing shrapnel from the ruptured container to cut Ms. Brangman’s throat.  Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP represents Ms. Brangman’s family in her wrongful death case against Takata, Honda and the rental car company.   The CBS news clip also highlights the need for rental car company’s to repair recalled vehicles and to warn drivers when cars they are rented have been subject to recall.
