Los Angeles Citizens Asked To Prepare For Jamzilla

Posted on February 13, 2014

If you live in Los Angeles and are able to take advantage of the three day President’s Day weekend, you might want to make sure your travels don’t take your near the 405 Freeway.  This weekend will see something that officials are referring to as Jamzilla, a sequel/reboot of Carmageddon.  Starting tomorrow night at around 10 pm, the section of the freeway known as the Sepulveda Pass will see its north-heading lanes closed off so that the area can be paved and striped anew.  The Metropolitan Transportation Authority of Los Angeles County is advising that all persons who don’t have to head that way stay clear this weekend.
