Texting Dangers Demonstrated to Ohio Students Via Driving Simulator

At Lakeview High School in Ohio, AT & T brought in a driving simulator and asked students to engage in texting and driving within the controlled environment. A recent poll has shown that while many students know texting is hazardous, many teens still do it.  This event tried to show them the obstacles they were missing. After seeing what they were passing by without even knowing it, many students realized they weren’t as great at multitasking as they thought and pledged to put down the phone when driving.
