Crash Hazard Prompts Gulf Stream Coach to Recall 443 Motor Homes

By Los Angeles Personal Injury Lawyer on August 7, 2012

443 Sun Voyager, Bounty Hunters, Independence, Crescendo, and Yellowstone Class A diesel pusher motor homes of the 2006 through 2008 model years have been recalled by Gulf Stream Coach because of an issue with the Bosch hydraulic brakes on the chassis of the vehicles.  If an owner doesn’t drive the motor home for awhile, diametrical brake caliper piston growth can occur and compromise braking ability.  This poses a serious crash risk.  The makers of the chassis, Freightliner Custom Chassis, will be in touch with owners, who can get their repairs for free from a dealer.
