Critics Say Bowling Green Distracted Driving Proposal Goes Too Far

Distracted drivers in certain parts of Ohio might soon see themselves fined for more than just texting while driving. The city of Bowling Green is considering implementing a law which bans driving without giving full attention to vehicle operation. The law is so broad, critics say, that it allows police to pull one over for just about any reason at all, including consumption of normal food or drink.
