K9 Car Fence Helps Commuters Comply With Pet Restraint Laws

According to a new report, the K9 Car Fence provides a way for dogs to ride in the car safely and conveniently. The prototype was a contraption of bungee cords that drew strange looks from neighbors, but now it has reportedly been refined for production.  Devices like these are becoming increasingly important, considering that some places, such as New Jersey, now institute fines on people who don’t properly restrain their animal while driving. The inventor of the device hopes to make Car Fences for cats and big dogs.
