Pet Restraints Fly Off Jersey Shelves After Drivers Warned of Danger

By Los Angeles Personal Injury Lawyer on July 3, 2012

Due to recent reports on the needs for pets to be restrained while in cars rather than roaming freely around the vehicle and potentially causing an accident, the sales of pet restraints have risen sharply at JB Wholesale Pet Supplies in Hawthorne, New Jersey. In addition to being a safety issue, the New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals informed New Jersians that they may face a potential fine should their pooches be caught being transported in cars without the proper restraints. Pet stores have had to increase their inventories due to the sudden high demand for these items. It would seem that patrons prefer paying for restraints rather than risk the fine or incur an injury.
